Job Description

At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Marketing Channel Strategist III provides decision support and direct marketing campaign execution to support marketing needs for the company. Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home‑improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point‑of‑Sale financing capabilities, enabling partners and homeowners. Primary Responsibilities

Implies marketing campaigns and customer‑centric communications Transfers data to and from internal and external partners for campaign implementation Provides marketing campaign decision support and develops comprehensive campaign requirements/specifications Confirms accurate and complete understanding of requirements and seeks clarification where needed Designs, builds, audits (quality control), and executes marketing campaigns within expected timeframes Ensures marketing offers are provided to downstream operational systems Develops standards to streamline campaign development Creates campaign waterfall reports and briefs key stakeholders Ensures correctness and quality of campaigns and execution Serves as a resource to associates with less experience and may provide advice and guidance on occasion Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and five (5) years of Marketing or related experience Or Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field and seven (7) years of Marketing or related experience Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of Marketing or related experience Preferences

Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and applicable products, services, and data Skills and Competencies

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to learn additional systems as needed Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts Ability to work in a team environment when applicable Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and self‑motivation This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Full time Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. Job Range Target – Minimum: $83,953.65 USD; Median: $112,670.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan. Benefits Information
