Business Development Representative – Restoration Sales Are you a proven restoration sales professional who knows how to build relationships, win work, and drive revenue? ServiceMaster by T.A. Russell is looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to grow our commercial restoration business. This is a sales‑first role—you are expected to be in the field, prospecting, closing deals, and producing results—while also helping guide a small team.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and close new commercial restoration business (water, fire, mold, reconstruction)

Build relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients

Secure Priority Response Agreements and long‑term partnerships

Own your pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets

Track activity and forecast through CRM

Represent the company in the field and at networking events

Plus (Player/Coach)

Lead by example with strong personal production

Support and mentor a small sales team

Help drive accountability and performance

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience with verifiable results

Restoration sales experience strongly preferred

Existing relationships in insurance/property management = big plus

Strong closer mentality — you know how to win work

Self‑driven, disciplined, and competitive

Comfortable being held accountable to numbers

PAY & PERKS

$70K–$90K base + uncapped commission

Monthly/quarterly bonuses based on collected revenue
