
Senior Content Specialist

Job Summary
Serves as the primary content engine for our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many motions. Partners closely with the Sales & Content Enablement Strategist and junior Content Developer to deliver high‑quality, persona‑driven content that drives engagement and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deep understanding of HP & competitors’ technical solution portfolio, business & target audience to translate into high performing messaging & content.
Work closely with the junior content developer to execute the creation of the content (i.e., Folloze boards, social assets, etc.).
Bring deep knowledge of HP’s technical solution portfolio to efficiently & effectively project manage our 3rd party agencies.
Determine how projects/requests are executed based on the brief, manage strategic direction & provide oversight to hands‑on execution of Junior Content Developer for in‑house projects.
Ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and aligned with activation timelines.
Maintain content consistency and quality across all channels.
Agency & Project Management
Project manage agency‑led content initiatives using Workfront or similar tools.
Develop creative briefs and provide clear direction to internal and external partners.
Review, edit, and approve content developed by agencies and internal contributors.
Ensure agency outputs meet brand, messaging, and ABM personalization standards.
Content Governance & Operations
Maintain and organize the team’s asset repository.
Ensure content is version‑controlled and accessible for reuse across campaigns.
Identify opportunities to streamline content workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales & Content Enablement Strategist, Junior Content Specialist, NA marketing team members, WW Marketing, Product Marketing and subject matter experts, and external agencies.
Education & Experience
Four‑year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
