Position Overview
At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator. In the Baybrook Branch, the Personal Banker will base in Webster, TX. This role is an in‑office position fostering collaboration and customer‑experience excellence.
Responsibilities
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and improving financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calls, service‑to‑sales interactions, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Position PNC solutions to grow customer share of wallet, engaging in community Centers of Influence and ecosystem partnerships.
Create customer loyalty and expand relationships through a differentiated experience, engaging lobby activities and product education.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment and maintaining compliance within established limits.
Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
3+ years experience in banking or related customer‑facing role; Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Strong customer‑focused communication and risk‑management skills.
Experience with proactive sales, product knowledge, and technology utilization.
Education: No degree required; comparable experience and certifications considered.
