The Sr. Sales Training Manager for Hilton Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Vacation Club is responsible for driving productivity and performance through the implementation of training programs, including the OneHGV Branded Sales Process, HGV Max, and sales processes for New Hire Action Line, In‑House, and Showcase teams. The Sr. Sales Training Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales Training while also working closely with Regional Sales Leadership. The Senior Sales Training Manager plays a key role in empowering our sales executives with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive.

Schedule Details Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Training on strategic initiatives.
Lead onboarding and training for new hires with enthusiasm and expertise.
Develop and execute action plans to uphold service excellence.
Conduct ride‑along’s, provide feedback, and support performance development.
Analyze weekly sales metrics and guide follow‑up strategies.
Facilitate 30-60-90 day trench training focused on sales psychology and process.
Approve new hires for floor release after testing and final ride evaluations.
Offer personalized coaching to deepen understanding of the sales journey.
Keep teams informed on inventory updates and program enhancements.
Deliver ongoing training at key milestones: weekly, monthly, and annually.
Champion employee retention through career pathing and workplace engagement.
Promote ethical practices aligned with HGV’s core values.
Implement tools to reduce cancellations and boost success.
Foster a vibrant, passionate, and fun work environment.
Ensure compliance with corporate and regional policies, standards, and procedures.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training content and delivery methods, providing regular reports and insights to the SVP of Training and Regional SVP of Sales.
Maintain knowledge of performance reports and teach others to understand sales performance metrics, including showcase presenters.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Leadership to plan, schedule, and provide training for sales personnel throughout the region.
Additional tasks as assigned by Management, as needed, to promote business objectives.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays; ability to travel up to 50% of the time within region.
3+ years in a sales training role.
Proven experience in planning, developing, and delivering effective training content and programs.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience with training trainers and providing performance coaching.
Ability to track and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion by the deadline.
