Primary Purpose Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching for campus administrators to improve instructional leadership and student outcomes. This position oversees the development of campus leaders, supports principal and assistant principal growth, and manages leadership pipeline initiatives designed to prepare future campus administrators. This position is responsible for providing leadership oversight of school counseling services.

Qualifications Education/Certification:

Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field

Texas Principal Certification required

Special Knowledge/Skills

Knowledge of campus leadership evaluation systems (T-PESS)

Ability to coach and develop campus leaders

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to analyze and use student performance data

Experience Minimum 5 years campus administrative experience

Experience As a Campus Principal Preferred Experience in leadership coaching or leadership development preferred

Major Responsibilities And Duties Campus Leadership Development

Supervise and coach campus principals and assistant principals.

Provide ongoing leadership support through campus visits, data reviews, and leadership coaching.

Facilitate leadership development for campus administrators.

Leadership Pathways Development

Coordinate district leadership pathway programs for aspiring administrators.

Support initiatives such as Holdsworth leadership programs and other administrator preparation programs.

Identify and develop future leaders within the district leadership pipeline.

Administrator Professional Learning

Plan and facilitate district leadership meetings for principals and assistant principals.

Lead Empowering Leaders meetings or other leadership cohorts.

Provide professional development focused on instructional leadership, campus culture, and school improvement.

Campus Support and Monitoring

Support principals in implementing district strategic priorities and campus improvement plans.

Assist campuses with data analysis, goal setting, and improvement planning.

Monitor campus performance indicators and provide targeted support.

Strategic Leadership

Collaborate with central office departments to ensure campuses receive needed support.

Assist with principal hiring, onboarding, and evaluation processes.

Support district strategic initiatives related to leadership effectiveness.

School Counseling Services

Supervise and evaluate the performance of the Coordinator of Counseling.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the district's school counseling services to enhance student outcomes and support campus leadership.

Other

Maintain confidentiality.

Participate in professional development activities to maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, and practices.

Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor and/or Superintendent.

Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Must be present regularly in person.

Supervisory Responsibilities : Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff in the Educational Programs departments.

Working Conditions/Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors : Maintain emotional control under stress. Work with frequent interruptions. Frequent district wide travel and occasional out of district travel. Frequent prolonged and irregular hours.
