Responsibilities
Develop relationships with builders and developers throughout Corona and surrounding areas
Guide clients through the building, design, and customization process
Market new communities, new developments, and builder inventory
Educate buyers on timelines, warranties, upgrades, and available options
Host model home tours, community events, and open houses
Negotiate builder contracts and support clients through the full transaction
