Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission + Full Benefits
Position Overview

This role focuses on selling commercial repair services and service agreements for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and related mechanical systems. What Youll Do:
Sell commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment services (B2B)
Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Expand market presence and pursue larger, strategic opportunities
Build relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, and executives
Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Consistently grow revenue and customer base within the assigned territory
What Were Looking For:
Proven ability and willingness to sell through cold calling, networking, presentations, and closing
Competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated mindset
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Professional presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
Adaptable, confident, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,000$100,000 base salary plus commission
