A day in the life:

• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
• Perform estimating for commercial mechanical service projects (equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and align services to meet those objectives
• Analyze and recommend modifications to service agreements during renewal processes

You should have:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or 2+ years of mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• Strong listening, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and general internet use
• Client management skills with the ability to manage relationships, expectations, and perceptions
