Seeking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. This role supports mission-critical public-sector programs across case management, licensing, service operations, and related workflows. The position ensures all solutions align with program objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy while leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable, maintainable systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead integration designs, blueprinting, and configuration strategies. Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and system integrations. Conduct technical discovery sessions to define requirements and recommend best-fit approaches. Review Salesforce release notes to identify impacts and guide teams through required remediation. Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions. Enforce Salesforce architectural standards and development guardrails. Implement and validate security controls. Must Have:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuration, customization, and solution design. 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development. 3+ years of experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs. 2+ years of experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams.
