Account Executive

Location: Orlando, FL


We’re partnering with a growing organization in the apparel industry to identify an Account Executive to support and grow key retail

partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of sales,

product development, and brand strategy.


The Role

This position blends account management with hands-on involvement in product

development. You’ll work closely with large retail partners while collaborating

internally with design, sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to bring

products from concept through retail execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute product collections
  • Contribute to trend research and creation of vision boards
  • Support merchandising strategy, assortment planning, and brand development
  • Work across sourcing, fabric selection, and production processes
  • Act as a liaison between retail partners and development teams to ensure successful product launches


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in account management, sales, or account executive roles within consumer products, apparel, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of product development and merchandising processes
  • Ability to balance commercial strategy with creative input
  • Experience working with mass retail partners is a plus
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and organizational skills
