Our Longtime Financial Services Client looking for a Total Rewards Director! The Director of Total Rewards acts as a strategic partner to leadership and the Board of Directors. This role oversees the research, design, execution, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline 10+ years of relevant experience across
Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Payroll 5+ years in a leadership or management role 5+ years working within a publicly traded company, including executive compensation and equity programs 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance Deep knowledge of laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll Solid understanding of payroll processing, taxation, welfare benefits, and defined contribution plans Extensive expertise in benefits and 401(k) plan design, funding, administration, reporting, and disclosure Proven ability to analyze market survey data and develop competitive, cost-effective compensation strategies Strong HRIS expertise; experience with ADP preferred Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, present, and communicate data effectively to support business decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets Strong knowledge of compensation strategy and execution Comprehensive understanding of payroll systems and related subsystems Familiarity with self-funded benefit plans preferred
