1-2+ years of onsite leasing or property management experience
LIHTC experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Strong communication and customer service skills

Support leasing efforts by touring prospects and helping drive occupancy
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and financial reporting
Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing andLIHTC regulations
Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters
Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
Step in to support daily operations in the absence of the Property Manager
