Role Summary The Project Manager – Marketing, Design & Digital Platforms is responsible for leading GWx Engagement Team communications, brand strategy, and digital experience initiatives. This role partners closely with Engagement Leads and cross functional stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, effective storytelling, and high quality self service experiences across SharePoint, apps, and marketing channels. The role also owns the development of foundational tools such as a CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities Communications & Brand Strategy Develop and manage the GWx Engagement Lead communications strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment to business priorities. Lead brand strategy and deployment of marketing materials/collateral to ensure consistency, visibility, and engagement across all channels. Develop and execute multichannel marketing assets while maintaining brand integrity and a cohesive user experience. Champion marketing best practices and change management to support consistent workflows and operational standards.
Digital Experience & Design Lead the revamp and ongoing management of the GWx SharePoint site, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and self service effectiveness. Partner cross functionally to support campaigns, launches, and initiatives that strengthen client relationships and business knowledge.
Program & Initiative Leadership Partner on the implementation, and development of a CRM tool for GWx to support engagement and relationship management. Provide ongoing project management and execution support for marketing initiatives and team priorities.
Measurement & Optimization Track, analyze, and report on marketing and communication initiative performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize reach, effectiveness, and engagement.
