SharePoint Marketing Specialist
to support their Engagement Team in driving digital experience, communications strategy, and brand consistency across internal platforms. This role blends
marketing, SharePoint development, and project management , making it ideal for someone who can think strategically while executing hands-on deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Communications & Brand Strategy Develop and manage communication strategies and content calendars aligned with business priorities Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and digital channels Create and deploy multi-channel marketing assets to enhance engagement Promote marketing best practices and support change management initiatives Digital Experience & SharePoint Lead the redesign, development, and ongoing management of SharePoint sites Ensure usability, accessibility, and strong self-service experiences Partner with cross-functional teams on campaigns, launches, and internal initiatives Project & Program Management Support implementation and development of CRM tools for engagement tracking Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives Analytics & Optimization Track and analyze performance of marketing and communication initiatives Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness
Required Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in
marketing, digital communications, or SharePoint development Strong hands-on experience with
SharePoint site creation and management Proficiency in
Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Airtable or similar tools) Background in internal communications or employee engagement initiatives Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital platforms
