We’re hiring a Senior Production Underwriter & Marketer – California Field Team (Condo / Commercial Property)
We’re expanding our presence in the California market and are looking for a talented Senior Production Underwriter who excels at both technical underwriting and relationship-driven production.
About the Role This is a senior-level field position focused on our Condo program (E&S / Box product). You will be responsible for: Underwriting and approving frontline Condo submissions using ISO CP and CGL forms Building and owning senior-level relationships with retail agents and brokers across Los Angeles and Orange County Driving new business production and territory growth Mentoring junior underwriters and helping shape our presence in the California market
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of production underwriting experience (carrier, MGA, or wholesale broker) Strong working knowledge of ISO forms — you must be comfortable reading, applying, and explaining them Condo or commercial property underwriting background (highly preferred) A natural relationship-builder with an existing network in LA/OC (significant advantage) Someone ready to step into more senior/field leadership responsibilities
This is a
remote-friendly
role with a strong preference for candidates based in the
LA/OC area
(travel for agency visits required).
