Lead process improvement activities, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
Oversee compliance and coding audits, serving as a compliance liaison with insightful leadership.
Participate in fiscal planning, ensuring data‑driven financial decision‑making.
Develop and execute cutting‑edge retention strategies in collaboration with HR and RCM management.
Foster a culture of agility and continuous professional growth within the team.

Stay at the forefront of FQHC policies, assisting the team in adapting to regulatory changes.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s in Healthcare preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
10 years of transformative experience in revenue cycle management, with preference for FQHC experience.
Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with a future‑focused mindset.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team motivation.
Expertise in policy interpretation and execution, driving strategic outcomes.
Adept at managing change and fostering innovation in healthcare processes.
Exceptional analytical skills to decipher and communicate complex clinical and operational data.
Competency in crafting detailed business reports, correspondence, and procedural documentation.
