We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to grow our presence across Central/Western Pennsylvania and Maryland . What You’ll Do Grow the business – Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within your territory. Leverage relationships – Cultivate strong connections with our channel partners and end-users to drive sales and market share. Strategize for success – Develop winning sales strategies, create accurate forecasts, and stay ahead of the competition. Deliver solutions – Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product development to deliver competitive, effective solutions that meet customer needs. Manage the details – Stay on top of pricing, profitability, CRM updates, and other administrative tasks—because details matter. Be hands-on – Have the willingness and mechanical aptitude to perform basic machine repairs when needed. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (Business or Packaging Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience. 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record in prospecting and closing new business. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivation to deliver results with minimal oversight. Ethical, organized, and highly effective at managing your time and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams). A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within your territory.
