Position Summary CVS Health is executing a multi-year finance transformation spanning core systems (e.g., ERP), tools (e.g., AI/automation), and processes (e.g., enterprise planning). As a Communications Manager, you will be a member of the Finance Optimization Readiness & Enablement team, which prepares leaders and colleagues to adopt changes to achieve value realization. You will execute the end-to-end change management activities for select Finance transformation projects and support the broader Finance transformation portfolio by crafting messaging, steering committee content, townhalls, SharePoint content, executive status reports/dashboards. Responsibilities Develop executive‑level communications strategies and plans to support the Enterprise Finance transformation portfolio and roadmap, including Steering Committee (SteerCo), Operating Committee (OpCo) materials, leadership cascades, executive briefings, and enterprise‑wide updates that drive alignment, awareness, and engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and finance transformation sponsors, providing support on stakeholder alignment, message effectiveness, and timing. Synthesize data, insights, risks, and key findings into concise, decision‑oriented communications such as executive summaries, talking points, and recommendations. Own change readiness and enablement activities for select Finance transformation initiatives, including contributing to change impact assessments, coordinating with training and change teams, and ensuring communications reinforce readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioral change. Translate complex business, financial, and technology changes into clear, consistent narratives, message frameworks, and leadership talking points, enabling leaders to confidently communicate what is changing, why it matters, and how it impacts the organization. Partner closely with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Technology, Transformation Delivery teams, to ensure messaging is cohesive, timely, and aligned across channels, audiences, and phases of the transformation. Responsibilities and % Time 20% - Develops and executes an executive-level communications plan to support the Enterprise Finance transformation portfolio of projects and roadmap (SteerCo, leadership cascades, enterprise updates) 20% - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on stakeholder alignment, communication effectiveness, and pull together data, key findings, and recommendations into concise, decision-oriented content 20% - Supports readiness and enablement activities (change impact assessments, training) for select Finance transformation initiatives 20% - Translate complex business and technology changes into clear, consistent narratives, message frameworks, and leadership talking points. 20% - Partner closely across teams to ensure cohesive, timely, and aligned messaging. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Ability to travel up to 20% (including plane) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of: Consulting and/or executive communications development; we will consider strong equivalents with demonstrable outcomes. Governance structures and decision-making processes within enterprise transformation programs Skill In: Executive change communications, including development of leadership narratives, message frameworks, and talking points Strategic stakeholder engagement and advisory support for enterprise change initiatives Cross-functional partnership with Corporate Communications, HR, and Transformation teams to deliver aligned messaging Ability To: Advise and influence senior leaders with clarity, discretion, and sound judgement Translate complex change impacts into concise, actionable, audience‑tailored communications Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in fast‑paced, matrixed environments Education Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 . The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
