What You'll Do
Reach and exceed individual business development goals while contributing to overall team goals, strategy, and culture.
Provide world‑class customer service to drive revenue growth with your existing client portfolio.
Identify and understand trends within the Retail Media industry (e.g., what makes a campaign successful) and apply learnings to generate incremental revenue opportunities.
Target medium‑sized brands in Home, Apparel and Beauty categories; this may expand to other consumer goods over time.
Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with brands, brand agencies and retailers.
Build prospect lists, find new contacts, send mass outreach and expand active clients with relevant Retail Media products and offerings.
Develop a realistic pipeline and drive revenue across expanded retailers and product offerings.
Hunt new brands, locate key contacts, activate them on platform while keeping a detailed process—converting leads, creating opportunities in the CRM and moving them through the system to activate on platform.
Use consultative selling to grow investment from your existing book of business and activate net new brands quickly.
Use tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach (or similar) to increase volume and maximize conversion rate.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders: Account Strategy, Marketing, Legal, Technical, Campaign Managers, Product Specialists and more.
A strong understanding of the AdTech world is a plus; a proven track record in technology sales, complex and multi‑product environments is required.
Attend trade shows, in‑person meetings, video calls and on‑camera sessions as needed.
Who You Are
Experience working with apparel and home goods brands is a plus but not required.
3+ years in sales with retail media knowledge preferred.
Not afraid to speak up, ask questions, and find solutions.
Determined to meet revenue goals and strive to exceed them.
Creative and willing to think outside the box for brand and prospect engagement.
Strategic, efficient, comfortable with AI solutions.
A hunter and self‑starter, comfortable in market, on camera or Zoom calls.
Expert in lead generation, hunting, and locating key decision makers for books of business and net new accounts.
Consultative selling and closing skills actively being developed.
Can pitch multiple technology products and understand client goals, adapting the pitch accordingly.
Uses discovery questions and solid knowledge of sales models.
Accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline management.
Manage a high number of medium‑size prospects and active accounts through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, keeping all data updated in the CRM and trackers.
Multitask to satisfy external and internal timelines.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines, generate revenue and exceed revenue goals.
Prioritizes tasks and works efficiently.
Loves achieving and has a track record of high performance in meeting sales quotas.
Strong focus on business goals and openness to coaching from managers and peer mentoring.
Data‑driven decision maker, using data and numbers to formulate and sustain business proposals and plans.
