Addison Group is conducting a confidential search in the Nashville area for a senior Retail Media Sales Leader. This onsite role directs a small team, builds a strong sales pipeline, and drives revenue by forming strategic relationships with brands and retailers to expand the Retail Media Network.
The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in retail/digital media sales, a proven revenue track record, and the ability to lead, coach and execute data-driven sales strategies.
