RSA is seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Executive to manage and expand key customer relationships across the DACH Enterprise Market. This role focuses on strategic account ownership, developing senior‑level customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth across one of RSA’s most important regions. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close—while building long‑term customer relationships and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
The Enterprise Account Executive is an experienced individual contributor responsible for managing moderately complex and large accounts, accessing senior‑level stakeholders, identifying business trends, and shaping RSA’s competitive position in the DACH market. This includes providing thought leadership to customers, leveraging RSA’s solutions, and influencing outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of large and moderately complex customer accounts across your territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
Analyse industry, competitor, and market data to shape territory and account strategy
Identify customer trends and create differentiated offerings using RSA’s solutions and team expertise
Own and manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts or territories
Use complementary solutions across RSA’s portfolio to strengthen competitive positioning, for cross-/ upsell motions
Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, collaborating cross‑functionally to resolve them
Provide insights and thought leadership to customers to deepen strategic partnerships
Represent RSA in customer meetings, partner engagements, on‑site visits, and DACH industry events
Leverage the ecosystem with Channel Partners and Distribution to identify and drive sales into your customers
Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Maintain detailed, accurate activity and opportunity data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Skills & Competencies
Ability to influence others to achieve results
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Advanced knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiation, and project management
Strong strategic planning and account planning skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive‑level engagement abilities
Strong understanding of RSA solutions and the broader cybersecurity / identity market landscape
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Experience selling to Enterprise customers and engaging senior leaders and managing complex accounts
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
5-10 years of related experience in enterprise account management, field sales, or relationship selling roles
Strong familiarity with the German Enterprise Market, German and English language fluency required
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
