We help sleep labs and healthcare systems unlock better outcomes with AI-driven software that streamlines sleep study scoring. Our tech makes clinicians' lives easier and patients' sleep healthier.
What You’ll Bring 2+ years of sales experience in a leadership or similar management type role
A proven track record of closing deals within health systems
A strong mix of clinical aptitude and business acumen
A hunter mentality with creativity in how you approach and win business
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
5+ years in an Account Executive or similar sales role
Experience with SaaS , Healthcare Software , or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
Sales experience with enterprise health systems
Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage pipeline and forecasting
Sales experience in sleep medicine , cardiology , and/or pulmonology
Previous experience at a startup , tech company, or engineering-focused organization
Experience working in hybrid or fully remote environments
Passion for building cutting-edge technology that improves lives
Integrity, grit, and a mission-first mindset
OTE: $220K
Includes $130K in variable comp
Guaranteed commissions (100% in months 1–3, 50% in months 4–6)
Full benefits package, flexible onboarding, and field + HQ training
Expect ~60-75% travel to customer sites, events, and internal team sessions.
