
Copywriter

Copywriter As a copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling written contentsuch as headlines, taglines, and scriptswhile partnering with an art director to develop cohesive, persuasive campaigns that effectively align with brand strategy and effectively communicate the intended message, engaging the target audience. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Responsibilities Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various media (digital, print, TV, radio, social, etc.).
Collaborate closely with art directors to execute integrated advertising campaigns.
Develop headlines, taglines, scripts, and body copy that match the brand voice and campaign goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas
Adapt tone and messaging to suit different audiences and platforms
Revise and refine copy based on internal and client feedback
Stay informed on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor messaging
Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client's products and services
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative and persuasive work.
Understanding branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
Collaborate effectively with art directors, strategists, and clients.
Experience with multiple media formats, including digital, print, video, and social media.
Time management and adaptability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) a plus.
General awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape.
Enthusiasm, big ideas and attention for details.

Compensation Range: $77,300-$87,010 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
