To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) focused on EPC customers in the DACH region . Facts about the Position Start: From now on Location: Company based in Oberzent ( Remote role). Contract: Full-time Open-door mentality with short decision-making processes Permanent position with flexible working hours (flexitime + home office) Company car (hybrid vehicle) Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training opportunities A responsible role in a future-oriented industry (renewable energy) Attractive compensation package including: Company pension contributions Job bike leasing Quarterly team events Your Responsibilities Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing relationships within EPCs and project developers across the DACH region Building long-term partnerships and acting as the main point of contact throughout the full sales cycle (from first contact to after-sales) Conducting sales pitches and pre-sales activities , including presentations, needs analysis, and customer consulting Development and execution of market development and revenue growth strategies Preparation, presentation, and negotiation of offers and contracts Representation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows (domestic) Close collaboration with marketing, product management, and internal teams Your Profile Several years of experience in B2B sales , e.g.: Key Account Manager Sales Engineer or similar role Proven track record in new business acquisition Degree or comparable qualification in: Electrical Engineering Experience in the electrical industry and knowledge of renewable energy are advantageous Willingness to travel within DACH (~30%) Valid driver’s license Fluent in German Strong communication and negotiation skills Structured, independent, and results-driven working style #J-18808-Ljbffr
