Job Overview
This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, preventing loss at the store entrances, verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping the entrances safe and secure.
Compensation Hourly Wage:
$14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Responsibilities

Prevent loss by monitoring entrances.
Keep entrances safe, secure, and clean.
