Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position based in San Diego, CA. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties with an emphasis on providing expert guidance through the property market. Daily responsibilities include listing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about market trends. The role also involves ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and delivering an exceptional customer service experience to clients.

Qualifications

Current and valid Real Estate License

Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property dynamics

Strong background in Sales and Customer Service

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work proactively, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines

Familiarity with the San Diego real estate market is preferred

Proficiency in using real estate management software is an advantage
