Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Valencia for a Capital Partner specializing in Residential Value‑Add Real Estate. The Capital Partner will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential investors, driving capital raising efforts, and actively participating in structuring and closing real‑estate transactions. The role involves strategic collaboration with the acquisition team to ensure transparent and efficient deal execution for all stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include providing key input on financial structuring and maintaining investor engagement throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial modeling, valuation, and structuring investment deals.

Proven ability in building relationships, identifying potential investors, and raising capital for real‑estate investments.

Comprehensive knowledge of real‑estate investment, asset management, and value‑add strategies.

Strong negotiation, deal‑making, and communication skills to engage with investors and stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency with technology and AI‑driven platforms for real‑estate analysis and sourcing is highly desirable.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience working in real‑estate private equity, investment banking, or asset management is advantageous.
