Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
Previous experience as a
Customer Service Representative
preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable assisting customers outside of a
call center
environment
