The Director – HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support workforce planning, engagement, and performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, change management, and people leadership within a healthcare or complex organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies Align talent initiatives with business objectives Drive workforce planning and organizational design Talent Management & Development
Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and engagement Develop leadership development and succession planning programs Support performance management and employee development Culture & Change Management
Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives Foster a strong, inclusive workplace culture Support employee engagement and retention strategies Employee Relations & Business Support
Act as trusted advisor on employee relations matters Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business units Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations Lead and develop HR teams Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leaders Drive HR operational excellence and best practices Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of HR Business Partner / HR leadership experience Experience in strategic talent planning, engagement, and retention Experience in change management and culture transformation Minimum 5+ years of people management experience Strong leadership, influence, and negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments Advanced degree (MBA / Master’s in HR or related field) Experience working with senior leadership teams Core Competencies
