As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Macedonia, OH.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships as well as community Centers of Influence.
Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience, including lobby engagement and educating customers on technology and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgement within established limits and participating in branch daily operations efficiently.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with approximately 3+ years of relevant experience. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may also be considered.

Licenses Background checks may be required as per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
Pay Transparency Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $57,500.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills and experience. This role is incentive eligible.
