We’re looking for a Senior Events Executive to join our marketing team on a maternity cover contract, helping shape and deliver a market‑leading programme of internal and external events across the UK and Europe.
If you enjoy bringing ideas to life, building strong relationships and creating memorable event experiences that reflect a trusted brand, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative and supportive environment. Managing events end to end, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation
Supporting flagship industry conferences and exhibitions, including brand presence and client activity
Collaborating closely with marketing teams to align events with annual strategies
Managing relationships with venues, agencies and third‑party suppliers
Overseeing event budgets, including approvals, invoicing and post‑event reconciliation
Managing delegate registration systems and event communications platforms
Producing post‑event insights, metrics and ROI reporting for stakeholders
Who we’re looking for:
Proven experience delivering events within the UK and Europe, ideally in financial or professional services
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly and professionally
Experience using event and CRM platforms such as Cvent and Salesforce
Excellent attention to detail combined with a creative approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership
Willingness to travel as required to support event delivery
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance‑related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
Generous pension contribution
Life assurance
Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
Competitive family leave
Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
