Customer Relations Manager

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and project coordination
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Project Managers (2–4 direct reports)
Oversee multiple customer projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and expectations are met
Develop project proposals including pricing, materials, and labor estimates
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
Support contract negotiations and assist with business development efforts
Stay informed on market trends and attend trade shows as needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
5–7 years of project management and/or customer service experience within contract manufacturing
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills
Salary Information
$85,000 – $90,000/year
