Job Overview
Boyce Admissions Student Ambassadors represent Boyce College and the Office of Admissions to prospective students, families, influencers, and friends of Southern Seminary and Boyce College. Ambassadors play a significant role in the overall recruiting efforts of the Admissions Office and in the broader success of Boyce. They primarily serve by assisting Admissions in engaging prospective students by hosting campus visits, leading campus tours, attending recruiting events, and administrative work (data entry, phone calls, thank you notes, etc.). Ambassadors are passionate about articulating and displaying the value of Boyce to future students by sharing their story and experience here at Boyce. This role serves as an excellent opportunity to serve students and families, work alongside Admissions, and share the story of how the Lord is working in and through Boyce College.
Essential Job Functions The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:
Must be available to work at least one day a week (from 10:30am-2:30pm) — excluding Wednesday.
Attend one Saturday training session at the beginning of each semester.
Must be available to attend at least 2 admissions recruiting events (travel) each semester.
Attend at least 75% of weekly Ambassador meetings.
Attend and work both Boyce Preview and Be a Bulldog Day (serve as a host) each semester (including required trainings for both visit days).
Attend at least 4 call nights per semester.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Ability to effectively manage their time
Currently enrolled as a student at Boyce College in good academic standing
Education The person in this position must be currently enrolled as a student at Boyce College.
Experience Customer service experience preferred but not required.
