Overview
Course Ambassador is a full or part time seasonal position. This position ensures that guests receive an exceptional experience by ensuring players keep pace of play and follow general course safety guidelines.

Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to each guest on the golf course.
Ensure pace of play is maintained for the benefit and satisfaction of players.
Maintain open and effective communication with all players.
Act upon any queries made by players.
Report any inappropriate behaviour to the Golf Professional.
Direct, coordinate and ensure that members and guests are following their assigned course.
Convey information regarding pace-of-play, GPS system, and course rules to each group.
Be fully knowledgeable of the daily tee sheet, events, crossovers and course rotations.
Learn and promote club's services, facilities, and amenities to guests.
Ensure all members and guests are operating golf cars in a safe manner.
Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Bay Harbor Golf Club.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
