Architect and manage website strategy, including architectural, semantic, and conversion-centric alignment. Oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and site integrity, focusing on technical performance and data-driven testing. Develop and execute Search & Generative Engine Strategy (SEO / AIO / GEO), including content authority and technical SEM. Orchestrate paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn). Manage HubSpot for intent-based marketing, lead intelligence, and attribution modeling. Plan and analyze campaigns, reporting on key metrics and implementing emerging trends. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred. 3–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or technical marketing. Proven experience managing full-funnel digital acquisition (SEO, paid media, CRO). Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn. Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and emerging AI-driven search (AIO/GEO). Experience leading website strategy and CRO initiatives. Familiarity with web technologies and infrastructure. Strong proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console). Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience managing external agencies and vendors. Excellent project management and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable.
