KOL Business Development (Italy)

Identify, engage, and build partnerships with Italian KOLs, influencers, communities, and trading groups to promote Bitget and drive user growth and trading volume.
Develop and manage the Italian KOL ecosystem, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners.
Drive measurable results from the KOL channel, including First Time Traders (FTT) and Trading Volume (TV) generated from the Italian market.
Plan and execute KOL marketing campaigns, track performance, and continuously optimize partnerships to maximize ROI.
Represent Bitget in the local market by participating in offline events, meetups, and industry activities.
Monitor local market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to refine growth strategies.
What you’ll need
Native or fluent Italian, with professional working proficiency in English.
2–5 years of experience in KOL BD, affiliate marketing, trading growth, or similar roles.
Experience working at a crypto exchange, Web3 company, or fintech platform is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Italian crypto KOL ecosystem, with existing KOL resources being a plus.
Good knowledge of crypto trading, especially derivatives, and how exchanges operate.
Ability to drive real trading volume through KOL partnerships, with a clear performance-driven mindset.
Professional, reliable, and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
