Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Ensures patient‑centered care and effective discharge planning through interdisciplinary collaboration and community resource coordination.
The Social Services Director will oversee staff, quality metrics, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to maintain safe, efficient departmental operations.
Social Services Director Requirements
NE Registered Nurse License
Minimum of 2 years RN experience
At least 2 years of relevant social work
The Social Services Director must possess strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and respond professionally to patient, employee, and regulatory inquiries
The Location
Located in South Central Nebraska
Maintains more than 100 acres of green space, public parks, trails, a skate park, aquatic center, indoor sports field house and racquets center
Not far from Johnson Lake which offers boating, fishing, and trails
Known for a welcoming small‑town feel with affordable living and a strong sense of community
