Director of Respiratory Opportunity:
* Full-time, permanent position * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM * Oversees all Respiratory Therapy services and programs. * Supervises staff, scheduling, workflow, and performance. * The Director of Respiratory manages department operations, budgeting, equipment, and quality compliance
Director of Respiratory Requirements:
* Valid RRT License * Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience * At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience * The Director of Respiratory will require an Associate s Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program required, Bachelor s preferred, knowledge of respiratory therapies, equipment operation, and basic computer skills for documentation

* Located in South Central Nebraska * Maintains more than 100 acres of green space, public parks, trails, a skate park, aquatic center, indoor sports field house and racquets center * Not far from Johnson Lake which offers boating, fishing, and trails * Known for a welcoming small-town feel with affordable living and a strong sense of community
