Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a proven track record in multi‑family and commercial construction projects.
Extensive experience in ground‑up construction is a must.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to maximize performance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and determine the most effective solutions.
Proficiency in using construction management software and other related software.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
