Position Overview Porsche Riverside is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting internal technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries, orders, and inventory support while delivering a premium brand experience consistent with Porsche standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche parts catalogs and systems
Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and inventory tracking
Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
Upsell and recommend additional parts or accessories when appropriate
Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous automotive parts experience required (luxury or European brand preferred)
Familiarity with parts catalog systems.(CDK)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (DMS systems, Microsoft Office)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Salary Range:
$45,000 – $75,000 annually (DOE – Depending on Experience)
