Job Summary

EMCOR Government Services has an opportunity for a Facility Asset Specialist in Redwood City California. The Facility Asset Specialist will provide asset management support to Stanford Health Care through our EMCOR Corporate Center of Excellence for Asset Management (COEAM). This position is an integral component of the COEAM Charter and one of our foundational principles providing inventory validation, data capture and maintenance program development. Work alongside our Stanford and corporate CMMS team members to develop and implement asset data and maintenance programs. Strong desire to expand your knowledge of facilities and their complex systems. #EGS This position is contingent upon award. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform facility asset validations at various Stanford Health Care facilities Collect asset data, document conditions and label assets Work with CMMS team members to configure and implement changes in software programs both client and company owned Reconcile both data and physical inventory discrepancies Assist Stanford sites with asset management to include but not limited to preventative maintenance schedule adjustments, asset naming and disposition, development of job plans/procedures, safety plans, and printing asset labels Quality reviews of Stanford assets and maintenance programs Assist the CMMS team members with development of various asset reports and dashboards Provide/Review with site staff, asset reports, maintenance program reports and maintenance procedures Work with industry standard maintenance programs such as but not limited to NFPA, NETA, ASHRAE, RPSS, GSA Guides, RS Means Guides, etc. Work independently from the office Qualifications

Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in Facility Operations or Facility Management (can be trade experience) Comprehensive understanding of facility systems (envelope, electrical, mechanical, fire, plumbing, security, structural, medical, conveying/elevators, roof, high voltage systems, utilities) Understanding of Condition Assessments Comprehensive understanding of blueprints (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire/Life Safety) Excellent analytical skills; including data collection, organization, and detail oriented Must be clear vocal communicator Must be able to meet changing priorities, deadlines, and travel on short notice Ability to work unusual hours when necessary Proficient with basic computer skills Comfortable ability to use technology such as mobile devices, phones, tablets, and applications Proficiency with Microsoft EXCEL Basic understanding of Microsoft WORD Self-directed and self-learning Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% in the San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area Added Skills/Qualifications a Plus But Not Necessary

Experience with various CMMS or Property Management systems Experience with ServiceNow Experience with AutoCAD Construction Experience AMP Certification or other Facility Related Certifications Physical Demands

Must be able to safely climb ladders, maneuver around/over/under equipment, access crawlspaces, pits, mezzanines, and attics Equal Opportunity Employer
