Job Title: Executive Assistant / Special Projects Director
Location: Sherman Oaks (In Office)
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
Tallis Corp is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the COO and Corporate Partners. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and project support to the COO and Partners overseeing seven skilled nursing facilities. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations, timely completion of special projects, and accurate submission of regulatory documents to county and state agencies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling sensitive information in a healthcare environment.
Special Projects
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects across all seven skilled nursing facilities
Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure deadlines are met
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries to support decision-making
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion of assigned initiatives
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Prepare and submit required documentation to county and state agencies in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain organized records of all submissions, licenses, permits, and compliance-related documents
Monitor deadlines for regulatory filings and proactively ensure all requirements are met
Coordinate with facility leadership to gather necessary documentation for submissions
Operational Coordination
Support communication and coordination among multiple facility locations
Assist with implementing operational improvements and system-wide initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, employee, and patient information
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or project coordination role, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance processes, or government submissions is highly desirable
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
