Job Summary
Recruit prospective students into USC Palmetto College degree completion program from Fort Jackson and surrounding military communities. Manage Intelligence Lab scheduling and assist instructors, students, and community members with lab technology. Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities including open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, and career days. Job Duties
Develop new inquiries through active outreach to local Palmetto College students, military personnel, technical college representatives, and community leaders; manage prospects through engagement and communication to support their application process. Manage the Innovation Lab at Fort Jackson, scheduling software use (25Live, Calendly, Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, TargetX CRM); create partnerships with military and community partners. Serve as liaison for prospective students through admissions, uphold ethical standards, adhere to state and federal accreditation and university policies; conduct weekly follow‑up activities and log all interactions using the CRM system. Minimum Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. One or more years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience). Required Certifications
Ability to travel extensively. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Student Personnel Services or related field. Background in admissions, public relations, sales, or another student‑personnel area. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills; working knowledge of Mac software, BANNER, and Salesforce/Lightning. Availability for evening and weekend work. EEO Statement
