Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will manage daily administrative and clerical tasks while supporting executives in their professional responsibilities. Key duties include coordinating schedules through diary management, organizing meetings, facilitating communication, and handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. The Personal Assistant will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling

Solid Clerical Skills, including organization and document management

Exceptional attention to detail and time-management abilities

Proficient in using productivity tools such as email, calendar applications, and office software

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
