Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Sarasota, FL. The Personal Assistant will manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including diary management, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence on behalf of executives. The role also involves providing executive‑level administrative support, managing daily operations, and maintaining efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance

Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management

Competence in Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
