Job Description
Classic Aire Care has an immediate opening for a full-time
Call Center Representative . The call center operates from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Sunday. Classic Aire Care is an HVAC and plumbing service provider celebrating nearly 100 years of operation and is the largest and most trusted replacement HVAC contractor in the St. Louis metro area. We specialize in maintaining, servicing, and installing complete comfort and plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties.

Primary Job Function
Answer incoming calls and email inquiries.
Schedule appointments for field service personnel and sales staff.
Make outbound marketing and scheduling calls.
Edit customer database as necessary.
Multi‑task by navigating our software program while on the phone with customers and technicians. Hours include evenings and some weekend.
Experience in HVAC and plumbing industry is a plus. Familiarity with Service Titan or other dispatching software is advantageous.

Qualifications
3+ years of customer service in a fast‑paced call center environment.
Commitment to superior customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast‑paced situations.
Team player willing to work as part of a team.
Confidence on the phone and professional attitude.
Positive attitude.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and E‑communications.
HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
