We are hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business across the Chicagoland area within the commercial design/build and furnishings space. This is a consultative, full-cycle B2B sales role focused on building relationships and closing high-value, project-based deals.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and win new business across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs

Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → proposal → close)

Build relationships with architects, developers, brokers, and business owners

Sell commercial design/build and furnishing solutions

Develop and manage a $1M+ pipeline

Location Chicago, IL (Downtown & Suburbs)

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience

Proven hunter mentality with strong prospecting and closing skills

Experience in commercial real estate, construction, design/build, or office furniture preferred

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities

Performance Expectations

$500K+ in new revenue in year one

2+ qualified meetings per week

$80K base + uncapped commission (OTE $200K+)
