Drive catering sales from inquiry through contract and planning
Build strong relationships with clients, planners, and partners
Position The Sunny as a go-to destination for high-impact, design-forward events
Client Experience & Vision Development
Serve as a creative partner, helping clients define and refine their event vision
Translate ideas into clear, executable plans—menus, flow, and overall experience
Ensure every event is thoughtfully designed and fully documented
Partnership with Operations
Collaborate closely with event operations and culinary teams to transition events from vision to execution
Ensure all details are aligned and communicated clearly
Support key moments as needed, while operations leads on-site execution
Strategy & Positioning
Shape and evolve The Sunny’s catering offering and market presence
Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and repeat business
