What You’ll Own
Catering Sales & Revenue
- Drive catering sales from inquiry through contract and planning
- Build strong relationships with clients, planners, and partners
- Position The Sunny as a go-to destination for high-impact, design-forward events
Client Experience & Vision Development
- Serve as a creative partner, helping clients define and refine their event vision
- Translate ideas into clear, executable plans—menus, flow, and overall experience
- Ensure every event is thoughtfully designed and fully documented
Partnership with Operations
- Collaborate closely with event operations and culinary teams to transition events from vision to execution
- Ensure all details are aligned and communicated clearly
- Support key moments as needed, while operations leads on-site execution
Strategy & Positioning
- Shape and evolve The Sunny’s catering offering and market presence
- Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and repeat business
Who You Are

- Strong in sales, relationship-building, and client leadership
- Experienced in catering, events, or hospitality leadership
- Detail-driven with a strong sense of aesthetics and flow
